Industrial Batteries Australia is the leading supplier of New Battery Pack Rebuilds here in Australia, where used or existing Electric Forklift Batteries and Ground Support Equipment are replaced at the end of their Service life.

Our Battery Rebuild process involves the supply of a Brand New Battery pack built back into your existing Steel Battery Tray provided with your Forklift or Equipment.

This tried and tested method potentially provides a large saving on the overall cost of the required Battery replacement, due to not replacing the Steel Tray that holds the Battery pack, as this is almost always viable for reuse.

We can obviously supply a New Steel Tray if this is required, but our services and exisiting Tray remediation is a fantastic option, if the Steel Battery Tray is not damaged.

  • We collect your existing Forklift Battery from the designated site.
  • We remove the old Battery cells out of the Steel Battery tray.
  • We Acid Clean & Repaint the existing Steel Battery tray.
  • We build the new Battery pack into your refurbished steel Battery tray.
  • We Deliver the New Battery pack back to your site with a 5 Year Battery product Warranty.
  • This process usually takes 2-3 business days to complete from the initial time of pick up until delivery.
  • The only part that is reused in this New Battery Pack “Rebuild” is your existing steel Battery tray.

Does my rebuilt Forklift battery come with warranty?

Absolutely! All the provided batteries in your rebuilt pack are BRAND NEW Lead Acid Battery cells, supplied with with a 5 Year / 1500 cycle Warranty (3 Year replacement + 2 Year Pro Rata),  as well as an optional 5 Year Full 1500 cycle Replacement Warranty with our integrated Battery Monitoring package - Ask us how today!
